What is the best visa type that i can switch my Tier 1 PSW?

What is the best convenient type of visa after Tier 1 (Post Study Work) visas expires and what are the conditions to fit?

Hi guys

I just want to thank all Admins, Moderators and Members on this forum. They have been so helpful for my Tier 1 (Post Study Work) visa that i have gathered in 12 February 2010.

Application sent : 15 January 2010
Acknowledgement received : 25 January dated 20 January
Visa stamped : 12 February
Doc received : 17 February

I just want to know what is the most convenient type of visa that i can switch from Tier 1 PSW after 2 year? I mean which type commonly is used and what are the conditions to meet (how many months to work, will i need letter from employer)? I checked UKBA website but as you know it is very confusing to find information.

You might say it is earlier to think but i want to know to avoid inconvenience in the future.

yours faithfully.

Tier 1 General and Tier 2 are two options available. If you Dont have masters degree than only Tier 2 is the relevant category.

Keep in mind, rules are going to be changed for tier 1 (rumours) general visa so its best to keep an eye on both of them.

all the best
