Hi,
Background info:
I have applied for naturalisation in Jan 2024 and still awaiting. Following that, I have applied for my children in March 2024 and still awaiting.
Questions:
1) However, my wife is applying now and we confuse how to answer this question:
Do you have any dependents not applying with you at this time?
My wife and children have been always dependants on me (visa and refugee applications). We all now have ILR since last year.
In my application I put (yes) because my wife did not apply with me on time.
But the answer for my wife seems to be yes and no because the children. But which answer is the most appropriate? Can the children who were dependants on me and already applied for citizenship be considered as non applying dependents for my wife?
2) My second question is about the proof of residency for last 5 years for my wife application. She has been unemployed but we only have her travel document that we can scan and provide. Is this enough? Shall we request a full medical report to support this? Is there any documents we need to provide for this point?
Thanks for your advice.

My guess would be that she should answer Yes referring to the children - it won't be a deal breaker either way I suspect.
If travel document has been stamped on entry every time your wife came back to the UK during the qualifying period it will be enough.

Yes will be the correct response and a simple note containing what and how you explained it above is OK

Pages of passport covering last 5years is sufficient. No other document is required.
Thanks for your advice.

Thanks for the replies!
We will fill the form as suggested.
She had only one trip outside the UK for 10 days in last five years. The travel document was not stamped by UK officers when leaving and coming back. However, it was stamped by the authority of the other country when entering and leaving. Does this sound alarming or could have been a cause of refusing the application? If so, how to fix the issue and what other supporting documents we need to provide?

I think that should work, you can explain in a cover letter. Other members may have different insight on stamps from different countries. Either way UKVI can confirm trips with border data.
Note that your wife could wait to apply until you become a British citizen yourself (when you get your certificate) and only have to prove the last 3 years.
