Dear senior members My hsmp visa was issued on 2nd July 2008 whereas I Arrived here in uk on 8th October 2008 and my last extension as tier1 is till 2nd july2013. I went for four weeks holidays only once since I came here. I just wanted to ask,can I apply for ilr just before the expiry of my current leave as i came to uk after 3 months and 6 days. My family has joined me in February 2010. Thanking you all in anticipation. Hi chohan
