What is the format for Request for application fee refund

I had applied for permanant residense in canada about 3 years back they send me letter if I am interested then send them documents or inform them if I want to withdraw and get the full refund of application fee

Please advice me about the format of the request application

I'm also in the same boat i am also withdrawing the case. We just have to write a simple letter that I'm withdrawing the case my ref no and add is this etc....

I think my friend did in email only and he got reply from them that they are going to send him money back in 6 months time[/list]

i had also send them email and then they send me back a post which says that they will send me the money in 6 months

I wonder why they take so long to do everything
