Hi

I am eligible for ILR this July, but my wife would have been in UK only for 7 months at the time of application. I guess she is not eligible for ILR.

Wat will be hee VISA status? I have my Tier 1 general valid untill Jan 2013. Will that visa will be valid for her even after I get ILR? or will that dependent visa for her will be invalid?
