When to apply for wife dependant visa, during or after ILR

Hi All,
Need you expert advice based on your knowledge/experience.

Current situation: I am in UK on ILR and have just applied for Citizenship. My wife is planning to join me in Feb next year. i.e 6 months from now.

Two quick questions.
1. When is the best time to apply for wife dependant visa. During ILR or after getting my citizenship. What are the pros and cons of both. Does it make any difference on processing time etc?

2. How soon should I apply for her visa if she wants to come in end February, reason I asked this is does she need to be here with in two months after getting the visa.

Your wife will need to enter within 30 days of the visa being issued in order to attend her biometric appointment in the UK.

Thanks Casa. Applying from Pakistan.
I didn't know that biometric enrolment has to be in UK and with in 30 days.
For my first question, i.e whether one should apply for dependant visa during my ILR Or after my citizenship, is their any supposed difference in rate of success of such dependant application, or type of application we need to apply, or document requirements as such, any other differences you can think of. Don't want to repent later.
Also please advise on processing time.

I believe "No difference" has only one meaning - "no difference".
Your wife will be issued a "30 days vignette" and she will need to travel to UK within those 30 days and collect the BRP from the designated Post Office.
