Hello guys.... a friend of mine needs to apply for his irl soon...

Can u pls advice the earliest date to apply. ?.his scenario. ?....

how soon can I apply for my ILR ? Would I have to wait until I complete my 5 years on 29th July'14 or can I apply after 1st July'14 bearing in mind 28 days clause.

Would appreciate some guidance around this please. Thanks

Last 5 years immigration history

·  29th July  2009 – 23 July – 2012  (Tier 2) (T2 SW – General Migrant)

·  17th March 2010 – 17th March 2013 (Tier 1 – General )

31st Jan 2013 - 31st jan 2015 (tier 1 -general )

I would assume you could apply after 1st July 2014. As you were here on a combination of Tier 2 and Tier 1 for five years.
