when to apply?

Hi,

I got my initialy HSMP visa on 23rd Jan 2007 and extended on Tier 1 in Jan 2009. my visa expires in Feb. Now i am planning to apply in second week of Jan 2012 - i know we can apply 28 days before but just confirm am i correct ? would it be ok if apply for ilr in PEO during second week of Jan

I think 2nd week of Jan should be fine. Your current leave expires on 28th Jan 12 anyway right.

When did you enter UK? Your ILR clock starts from that date.

Initially i entered uk on student visa on Jan 23rd 2004 but then later converted to HSMP on Jan 23rd 2007 - so i take it as 23rd Jan 2007 as the start date and 5 years from then - 28 days to apply, isnt it ?

it might be a stupid one but just to clarify

as i have mentioned in the above, i got my intial visa to the UK on 23rd Jan 2004 and then converted to HSMP on 23rd Jan 2007. I then submitted for tier 1 but got my approval only on 9th Feb 2009 (so there is a gap 15 days roughly) - my passport was with the home office at this period.

Now i am planning to the second week of Jan - so this should be ok, isnt it ? (just to confirm for my satisfaction of the 15 day period would affect )

also if i apply in Jan 2nd week, can i go with Jan 2011-Dec2011 bankd statement and payslips or do i need it till the second week of Jan 2012 (basically is calender month accepted ?)
