When can I START my ILR application

Hi there,

I am eligible to apply for ILR on 7 August 2024. I was wondering if I can start my application now but not submit it. I'm just trying to see what information they need and what documents I need to provide. I'm looking to submit it on 8 or 9 of August 2024. Thank you.
