When to send the appeal bundle

I want to ask about the appeal process. When i can send the appeal bundle?

My hearing is in april. In hearing notice tribunal direct us to send appeal bundle to tribunal and PO by 2nd week of December.

My solicitor said we will send the appeal bundle 2 weeks before hearing.

I need your advice on this. I am completing 10 years in mid of march and i want to add additional ground on my hearing

you shld send da appellant bundle to the tribunal as advised in notice of hearing.There is no need to wait for hearing date etc.
Also post it direct to your hearing place......the address at the top of the notice of hearing letter.

Btw if u r completing 10 yrs LR in march den y don't u withdraw ur appeal n apply of ILR straight away.

But as u see i am completing 10 years in march so no point sending bundle in december. My sol said we send bundle 2 weeks before hearing
