WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?? DO I NEED ANOTHER EXTENSION>?

Hi,

Would appreciate your advice on the following matter:

My visa details are as:

entered the UK- 10 march 2008(visa granted on hsmp from 8-feb 2008---8 feb 2010)
visa extension granted until 8 feb 2013- do i need another extension??
Pls. advice

please use search function before posting such questions which have been answered hundreds of time on the forum

assuming that the currently rules are in still place for ILR (which is unlikely in my opinion) you will need to apply for another visa. one can apply 28 days before completing 5 years for ILR and in your case the date is 10th February 2013.
