When to apply for British citizenship after ILR granted

Hi all, continuing my question here as I posted in the wrong group. Apologies.

My spouse (we are married) has been in the UK for 5 years already after an initial spouse visa and an FLR visa. We have now applied for ILR. I'm a British citizen.

Can we apply for British citizenship as soon as my spouse has been granted ILR? Or do we have to wait 1 year.

Can apply straight after gaining ILR as long as all other criteria are satisfied.
