Im little confused about the 28 days. My Spouse Visa was granted on the 21 july 2009, and I entered the UK 17th august 2009. i got 27 month visa so i will apply anytime of my visa expire or within 2 years of my entry my visa expiry date 21 10 2011

when will onwards i will apply my ilr

You can apply 28 days before the 17th August 2011.
