where to mention employer reference details?

Hello all,
Can you please tell me where to mention my employer contact details? In the covering letter?
I have changed my job 6 months back, so is it OK, if I put the Full and final settlement statement in place of my last pay slip from my prevous employer?

Please help!!

If you are providing a letter from employer, then it would include your employer contact details and name of contact person. If you are not providing a letter from employer, then you can mention these contact details on the cover letter.

I have added a separate section in my covering letter to have all my previous employer and educational institute contact details. You can submit your final settlement sheet in place of your pay slip. I did the same.

Thanks for your reply. I am from Hyderabad. What contact details can I attach regarding educational institute? I have done my engineering from Osmania University. But I do not know any contact details of any person from Osmania. Please advise if U have any good info.

invisibleman, you're welcome.. my husband applied on 28 Feb from Hungary; so I'm HSMP dependent :)
