Hi - my visa doesn't have the address of the UK consulate in New York on it.

Just confirming this is the address others have used: 845 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10022. If different, please let me know.

Also - how did people submit "prepaid return envelope" - just a fedex package and form with their number on it?
