Where is the Priority and Super Priority Service option?

I am applying for my ILR using the Long Residency route (10+ years of legal residence). I have been on post-study, work sponsored, spousal visas, etc. and fully qualify, but I do not want to be without my passport for 6 months and I only have the 'standard service' option at checkout. Do I select this and the Priority Service becomes an option later, or is it no longer offered?
