Whether to apply for EEA Residence Permit or Dependent Visa

Hi all,

I am Malaysian national and currently under Tier 2 visa working in UK for almost 2 years. I have married 2 months ago in UK to Swedish National who works in the UK. As i now thinking to quit my job to have career break, can someone advise should i apply for EEA Residence Permit from Swedish Embassy in UK or dependent visa from UK Border? How long will the application takes? Tks/
