Which application form to fill

Hi

I checked the VFS website and it seems for tier 1 general VAF 9A and 9B are the two forms to submit. But when i went through
http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs
then it seems that i need to fill VAF2 form.
This seems to be confusint. Could you suggest which form to fill
