Which application form we need to use for family visitor

Which application form we need to use for family visitor

Guys,

I want to invite my father&mother in-laws to support my wife at the time of her delivery so could some one point me which application form i need to fill and what documents i need to collect from me and my in-laws

I am british passport holder so i need to attest my passport copy before sending or i can just sent copy of my passport.

1. VAF1B - Family visitor
2. Check with local visa application centre / British High Commission if certified copy of sponsor passport & visa is needed or just photocopies will suffice.
