I am a uk citizen and my husband is turkish on a 2 year spouse visa. Just about to apply for SETM and although I am happy with the fact that we are entitled and ok with claiming CTC/WTC I am still insure of which boxes to tick on the form where we have to tick who is claiming what. As this is a joint claim I'm guessing both, but don't want to affect application. Any help would be great.
Not too good with computers so hope this is posted in right place - sorry if not!
