Which Exchange convertor to use?

Hi

My gross frm jan 2007 to dec 2007 is Indian rupees.386123.66.Which exchange convertor website to use xe.com or oanda.com?

My salary slip doesn't contain the statement date so i am using my last salry credited date for currency conversion which is 31/12/2007.

Both websites are showing different conversion rate?
Which one to use?

You can use any of the 2 currency conversion sites...its up to you - but be consistent...meaning use only site to convert all of your earnings.

use the 31/12 date for converting to UK GBP.
