SOC Code 1253: Hairdressing and Beauty Salon Managers and Proprietors

Visa Application Date: 12 July 2025

Visa Approval Date: 18 August 2025

Job Start Date: 1 September 2025

Extension: September 2028

I applied before 22 July 2025, but my visa was approved and my job start date falls after 22 July 2025. Could someone please answer the following question?

Which rules will apply to my case — the rules before 22 July or those after 22 July?
