Why does it take months for UKBA to implement an appeal?

Why does it take months for UKBA to implement an appeal?

Does anyone know why?I have now involved my MP i have had enough of waiting more than 3 months!!

Are you seriously looking for an answer as to why it takes so long? I'm not sure that anyone can really answer that. In terms of immigration, is waiting a few months a long time? Is it unreasonable for the UKBA to take longer with appeals than new applications? Who knows. Canadian immigration took up to 90 months to process new applications, so compared to that country, is a few months really that bad?

Anyway, just saying that you shouldn't really expect an answer to that...

I think i may have found why they take months to implement the appeal.There is no communication at all between the teams at UKBA.

They still thought i was still reporting even after i was discharged from bail and they got my address wrong despite me informing them of my change of address in writing and using their website.

Can someone please tell me how long they waited after photo request before they were issued with status documents?If it takes the same amount of time it took for them to write to me asking for photographs i will seek some legal advice in my opinion 8 months is unacceptable.
