Why this forum is so dead?

Sorry for my moan but why is this forum so dead? I mean this "Canada" forum?
All of the UK forums are quite active and I was expecting this to be same like them but over here I noticed no or very little activity on questions raised by members. Is there a particular reason for this?

We don't have anyone who is particularly fluent in Canadian immigration law - senior members or on the Moderating Team. Therefore, questions remain unanswered and thus we don't attract those with Canadian queries. Least that's my take.
