my wife abused her visa

the eco in istanbul says my wife abused her visa
and basically she is right.
the eco also says she is not satisfied that my wife intends to abuse the settlement visa.
the eco did not look at the evidence that shows we have been together and my wife loves me.

my question is this , my wife did touch on the truth at interview ,
if she holds her hands up now and appologies and say she did abuse her visa,
but now she wont...
what is the best way around this
