Is my wife eligible for ILR

HI ,
just want to ask something related to ILR , i come here 2004 as a student then i applied for my wife as a student depandant, she came to this country 2006 november , i moved to hsmp on 2011 as she on same HSMP depandant but then got my ILR on 10 year route march 2014 & my wife still on HSMP dependant valid till sept 2016.
my question is next year feb i will be eligible for passport ,if then i apply for my wife will she be eligible for ILR straight or i have to apply for FLR(M) at any cost because her 10 years duration will be complete by November 2016.

First to FLR M and then to ILR. She cannot go to ILR straight away.
