My wife left and ceased all documents and took the children

Please I need advice. I live in UK and my wife is from Latvia. My permanent residency is due because we have lived here permanently for almost 7 years. My wife has given me hell of problems. Now, my indefinite stay is due for me to apply and she has taking our two children and all the documents with her. our original marriage certificate is with her and the childrens birth certificates. I only have our house documents which both of us bought with mortgage. I am required to submit with my applications her documents as well. she knows all these and have refused to bring them to me. She has left the country since last October.

Please can someone tell me what to do in this case because I am a non-EU family member. How can I apply without the document.

You should be able to apply without these documents. It will not be easy but certainly possible. If you have been in the UK for over 5 years, then you certainly have secured PT, and should apply ASAP. I am more concerned about your children.

If she took them without your consent. That is illegal, as you have parental right. It is one thing if your marriage is finish, another thing if your children are taken away.
