Wife Passport # in Dependent Application

Hi,

I am not sure how my wife's passport number came up in the appointment print out page.

I believe they are referring collection here -


You will be able to collect your passport from the visa application centre. For an additional fee, you can
choose to have it couriered to your address. Further details can be found at http://www.vfsglobal.co.uk.

Name: XXXX XXXXXX (My baby name)
Date Of Birth: XX-XX-XXXX (My baby date of birth)
Nationality: INDIA
Passport Number: XXXXXXXX (MY WIFE's passport number ??
GWF Number: XXXXXXXXXXX


If i remember correctly, i did not fill in my wife's passport number anywhere in the application. Then how was it populated in the print out ?
