my turkish wife was refused entry to uk in febuary.
the appeal should be heard aeound september..

my wife is now 3 weeks pregnant ........will this help the appeal in our favour?

I can't answer your question mate but I'd think not and could maybe have a detrimental effect you know...

1. They might consider it done 'on purpose' (can't think of a better expression!) to aid entry (for want of a better word, sorry!)

2. The fact you've been together in turkey long enough to consider a child they might just say 'live in Turkey then'.

Just trying to think like a typical consulate ECO, got my own battles to come on that score in 2008....

Are you a British citizen? And if so, how did you get your British citizenship?
