Dear all, a few background about me. I am in the Uk as an Work Permit holder. I married last year on july 2006 back in my country and she came here as student. Her status is Student now and is due to expire on March 2007. I want to apply her for my dependent. For this one I am going to fill the form FLR(O). Now I have several questions.
Who will be the primary applicant to fill the form FLR(O)? I heard that my wife need to fill that one.
What is the procedure for applying correctly.
Can I apply for dependent now at this time like on Nov 2007 before her visa expire?
Who need to show the financial reports?
