My wife's visa

Post by garry1960 » Sun Feb 05, 2012 7:21 pm

Hi all - i am currently awaiting the result of my wife's second visa application , but i am worried that over the christmas period of 2010/2011 i had to sign on for a while and claimed some tax credits - it was only a short period of time - i think 2 months , but am unsure as to weather it will effect the outcome.
Also i had split up with my long term partner of 29 years just over 12 months ago , but her name is still on the tenancy agreement for the property i live in , the same property i want my wife to live in if she gets her visa , could this also effect the outcome of the visa application ???

Any help on this will be appreciated and would help put my mind at rest , thanks in advance
