Sorry for sending this mail. i am part of the immigration board forum UK. I saw some writeup when i was reserching on my immigration problem. I need your help on this please, i submitted my application for ilr and i was refuse due to 200 day absence and i appeal to FTT but was dismiss .now i was told to take the case to upper tribunner and before my case is determine that i should terminate the application with UT, then i can apply for fresh application(extension leave).all this are my plans at the moment but my worries now is that can i be allowed to continue to work without been arrested by H.O after i terminate my U.T appeal and submit same day fresh application(extension leave).if yes(i will be allowed to continue to work) were can i find any immigration rule covering this question . thanks. it will be appreciated if you all can assist me in what ever means
