Will My Fiancee Need a Medical?

My Fiancee will be applying for fiancee visa through the centre at Kathmandu but they forward all docs on to Delhi.

I can see Nepal doesn't need TB but can't see anywhere it specifies if she needs a medical. She's asked at the Kathmandu centre and they say that she doesn't need a medical. Could anyone confirm this for me please or give me a link.

PS: anyone dealt with Delhi and know rough processing times and success rates. Cheers
