Will Home office go to appeal high court?

Post by tmwc1216 » Thu Dec 11, 2008 7:28 pm

Hi,...

I had won my Tier 1 (General) appeal and got allowed in UK.

Home office had application for review of the Tribunal's determination to AIT in UK. But Home office get refused and senior immigration judge made no order on home office re-consideration application.

I had phone AIT and Administrative Court to check did Home office send any application to High court after 5 business days. They had tell me "NO"....So i am just keep waitting Home office reply at moment but still wondering about did Home office normally go for the high court until the end of case. Or..???

My case is in county case...so have anyone get this kind of experience before??

many thx..
