hi, i am wondering if it will take as a negetive impact if some one contact ho or case worker? some one told me knocking HO has a negetive impact on the file. is it true? i want to contact HO becase of my name issue. i didn't get any satisfactory answer here regarding my name issue. hope this time i will get some good advice.. :idea:

@nionlight,

Its not a crime if you call them for your cause. But at the same time donot call them to get a advice as they wont be in a position to tel you "what you should do" , thus call them if you really feel its required.
