A group named xxxx care group have 5 health care homes. all these 6 homes subsidiary of a holding company. recently , a WP holder of one of the home works in a different home of the same group. few days back UKBA people rang and said they are coming for a Compliance and Validation Check on Work Permit Validity after few days and we need to show them all the documents. one of these WP holder they want to interview too. we did give technical change of employment to the home she works at the moment. but the original WP belong to one of the other home of the same group. will it be problem? we are [employer] going to be honest with them saying that he was working in a different home? pls help , any suggestions?/

The WP holder should only be doing the work that they have permission for. If the WP holder has permission to work at home Y and are now working at home X, then this is a problem. If the technical change has been approved, then there is no problem.

the trouble is she has been working with the y home for the last 3 months and it was only last week we given the technical change. now we put back the duty for her in the X home [where the WP] and the officers asking to see the last three months pay slips too. any solutions ?

Do not do it again. You may be having a visit because you have the staff member working in the wrong home.
It is too late now, and I would never recommend that anyone lies, the consequences can be even worse.

No, not really.
If caught out you may have to just eat humble pie and hope for the best. You certainly aren't the first one doing this. I just hope for your sake everything else is ok. You also posted a question about a nurse.
The problem with the senior carer permits is that the people are actually often only doing carer posts (NVQ2). This is the main reason it has all been toughened up.

thanx for yr kind reply. in regards to senior carer, one of the senior carer in our home getting increaser rate. in her WP salary only £12500 which is £6.41/hr. and the home is paying £8.50/hr. do we need to inform the changes? her PR is due in august next year
