Will Sponsor and SOC Code change affect ILR?

Firstly thanks for this forum. It's very helpful.

My situation, I had come to the UK in Sept 2010 with Tier 2 General Sponsored Visa. I renewed it for another 3 yrs in July 2013 under the same sponsor, same SOC code, same salary. Now, another company wants to hire and sponsor me with a better package, but a different SOC code (a better position in the same job industry, that's why the SOC code will change).

My question is, if I change my sponsor at this moment, will I still be able considered for ILR in Sept 2015?

a change of employment under T2 will not affect your eligibility for ILR.

Make sure the new job complies with the requirements and don't give notice until your new leave is approved by the HO
