Will Tax code change affect ILR application

Post by karthik_513 » Wed Jan 07, 2015 12:14 am

Hi All,

I have some self employment overdue tax (less than 2K) for the year 2013/14.

HMRC has send me a letter stating that they will collect the overdue tax by changing my tax code and collect it monthly .

Will the above affect my ILR application in any way, which is due next year ?

Please note : I have declared the full amount to HMRC which i have told UKBA as my earning when i got my tier 1 and extension.

Please let me know and thanks for the reply in advance.

Many Thanks

no, should not affect
if overdue tax is being collected through PAYE tax code, it means you have reached an arrangement to pay it off
**Please note, you can no longer contact me by PM because owners of this board accused me of using it to recruit clients, and disabled my ability to read and send PMs.**
