Will the following interchange in names affect her ILR

Post by aosun007 » Sat Dec 25, 2010 10:55 pm

A friend recently got married and she has obtained new passport in the name of her husband and she always carry the previous and new passport together
lets assume she is formerly ROBERT, STACY MARY ANN .
after she get married her name changed to EDWARD,STACY ANN MARY

Robert is her previous surname and Edward is her spouse surname which she has changed to now.
she noticed on her passport that her middle name and 3rd name has been interchanged.
I actually told her that it does not matter so far her first name is the same.but i want to throw it open to everybody.

Will this interchange in middle name and 3rd name affect her ILR application after completing her 5 years in 2012

Shouldn't be a problem if she can prove that she's the same person.
