Will this work? Getting residency in Spain for non EU

Hello,

I'm Norwegian and my boyfriend is Nigerian. We met while was an asylum seeker in Sweden, his asylum was since denied.

But by that time, we were already in love. I don't know if I should smile or cry!

We have thought about marriage, but I don't earn well enough for that to work out. (The income rule is €35000 here) I know some people are thinking "Why not get an extra job" but it's not so easy. I'm partially disabled, so I have to stay within state limits in order to not loose my grant. The State is making love so easy!

We have by different sources heard that he can get residency in Spain the following way:

1) We move to Spain and register as living there at the city building.
2) Get married
3) After 3 months he can apply for residency, this is granted for five years?

Will it be possible for us to get married? We both have passports, certificate of singleness. What else do we need?

What documentation will they need for him to be able to get a resident card?

to apply for residence card eu citizen should be exercising treaty rights in host state as employed, self employed ,self sufficient or being student .

and about getting married in spain I don't know what are residency requirement in spain to get married just google it .or if someone who got married in spain might help about how to get married their etc and is there any residency requirements etc.
