With drawl of Appeal

Hi Guys,

I need some information, hope somebody will help me. I have a hearing on 9th Nov 11 against home office decision to refuse my Tier 2 application. Now I would like to withdraw appeal, go home and reapply for entry clearance. I just want to know, when I with draw my appeal, I will inform tribunal, but do I have to inform home office too?

And second question is, after with drawl of appeal, how many days do I get to leave UK without affecting my future entry clearance application. I have already bought ticket for 3 Nov, just want to make sure what date should I inform tribunal about my appeal drawn. Do I have to inform home office about my volutarily leaving UK as well?

have you EVER been overstayer before? if its been more than 28 days as a 'over stayer', you will attract a ban of 1 year automatically.

i think you become overstayer the day you withdraw appeal.

the best thing to do, i guess (im speculating) go home and then withdraw your appeal

No I havent been over stayer before. I just need to make sure I dont become overstayer this time.
