Withdrawal from Savings after submission of Application

Post by nabeelsultan2000 » Tue Aug 26, 2014 6:38 pm

I have applied under spouse visa
I have held savings of about £3900 from last 7 to 8 months in my Account and have submitted my application on 17th of July 2014 and haven't received any answer from British High Commission Pakistan yet.

Can i withdraw that savings before getting any answer from the embassy or shall i wait until i get the decision. I have held that in my account for more than 8 months
will this have any affect on application ?
as far my research savings should be in account for 6 month prior to the submission of application and should be held until the application is submitted haven't got any information that it can be withdrawn after submission or not please help me out

Can anyone reply me soon please

Don't withdraw money from bank account until you recieve your decision from BHC Pakistan. This will cause trouble if embassy enquired with bank for saving information...

What is that savings designed to prove.

It cannot add towards the 18600 requirement for settled person.

Don't believe you are barred from using the savings, provided it was there on the day of the application.

I believe the OP is exempt from the Financial Requirement, but they'll need to confirm.

i am exempt from Financial requirement, My wife is in receipt of Carer Allowance and DLA so it will be through Adequate Maintenance.

saving was held to give additional support although i already qualify through Adequate Maintenance.

now i am in need of some amount and want to spend some money will that affect my application.

it was in account on the day i submitted my application and was held from last 8 months

my simple question is that if some one held saving for more than 6 months in his account and want to withdraw after the submission
of application will this have any affect on the application?

Agree. Not as if he was required to show savings in the first place?

You will be fine. Don't worry. Do what you want to do with your savings.
