I have won the appeal after 3 weeks from the Full Hearing day. The Judge allowed my appeal under the A8, but basically it is about my education. I am still doing 2nd year of A- level, and she concerns that it would breach my "private life" because the HO couldn't let me to stay in the UK to complete my A-level. :|

After read the determination, and as my solicitor said that "I was lucky to get the nice judge", I feel there is big possibility the HO will appeal against the decision, or "give me limited leave to remain so I could be able to complete my A-level" as my solicitor told me. :cry:

Win, but not really happy. Now, have to think what I have to do next... :roll:

*pS: what is the possibility the HO will appeal against the Ft-T judges?? :?:
