Work full-time after course completed, prior to visa expiry

Hi Members,

I need clarification on the work eligibility for Tier4 Student Visa.

1. I'm a UK Tier4 student Visa holder.
2. My student visa will be expiring on 30 Jan 2015.
3. Couse completion date is on 16 Sep 2014.
4. Graduation: Mid December.

5. I'm planning to stay in UK until towards the end of the Visa expiry date.
6. In order to fund my living expenses in UK whilst waiting for the results and graduation, I plan to work full time.

The questions are:

1. Can I work full time subsequent to the course completion date which is in September?
2. Does the 3-4 months waiting time subsequent to course completion date considered as non-term time?

Any response will be highly appreciated.

If your current student visa states that you can work either 10 or 20 hours per week then if your academic year is complete then you can work full-time.
If your current visa does not state you can work in term time you can not work at any time.
