work permit dependant that has been filed for divorce

Hi there,

I'm on my husbands work permit, therefor a work permit dependant ( 5 years ) he wants to file for a divorce, how long am I still allowed to stay in the UK? I know once we are divorced I have to leave the UK, but whilst the divorce is being processed, what are my rights?
