Work permit for Romanian/Bulgarian citizens ban

Hello all


Scenario: I am a Romanian citizen and I just got offered a new job with a different company. Do you know if the ban applies to this scenario and if so, has anybody any time frames at all when the ban is going to be lifted?

I was under the impression the ban only applies to the EC assosiatio agreement that is starting your own company. If a company is applying for a workpermit for you then the ban should not apply to you as far as I know.
