Work Permit on four years, can i get ILR?

Hi,
I have been here in UK since 03/2003 on student Visa for two years and then from 04/2008 I have been on work permit (commercial and buisness) for 3 years 11 month. I have worked for the same company but now they cant apply for an extension as the Work Permit scheme under Buisness and commerial is apparently suspended since november 2008.
My visa runs out in 25 days and I am not sure what i should do. Do I stand any chance of getting ILR since I have been here for 6 years contious (2 on student and 4 on work permit). I want to go and see a Lewer tomorrow and will discuss my options. Is there anyone who thinks I stand any chance of getting ILR.

No, you need 5 years ... you can apply one you have 4 years 11 months 2 days in total on WP.
