work permit

Hi

i came to this country on student visa in 2003 and got my first work permit issued in JUne 2006, later i was offered a job in another company and the applied for another work permit which was issued in August 2008.

1st work permit issued June 2006
2nd work permit issued Aug 2008

and i am on Tier 1 since April 2009

ILR Due in June 2011

the issue is even i got 2nd WP issued but i never actually took the job up at the second employer, and i have been working for the same emploeyrs for past 4 years or so.

my question is: did my seond work permit would have canceled my first work permit or my 1st WP would still had been valid no matter other one was issued?

Your 2nd WP won't cancel your 1st WP. If you have not applied FLR for your 2nd WP, you have no issue to continue to work with 1st WP.
