Work permit + Tier 1 visa now for ILR?

Hello Experts

I have still 1.5 years more left to apply for ILR.

I was under Work permit between 2008 to 2010 and not i am in Tier 1.

Will i qualify for ILR in the combination of Work permit +Tier 1 over a period of 5 years.

When i applied for Tier 1 in 2010 i showed GBP32000 . Do i need to show the same amount of earnings at the time of applying ILR?


It would be great if some one gives their views about my question.

What date in 2010 did you switch?

I switched in April 2010. Is it a problem for getting a ILR and I can apply for ILR in March 2013
