Thanks for your reply.
Please see my question below-

Currently I am on work permit visa. I have to apply for Tier1 before the new rule applies from 1st of April or else I won’t qualify (no UK masters degree).
Now the problem is that to show past 12 months earnings, I have to start calculating from March 2008 to Feb 2009.
Even though I got work permit application approved in December 2007 I got FLR only in May 2008 (6 months later :x ) before that I was on student visa. Course got over in Sept 2007.
Now my question is can I show that I was working fulltime when my FLR application was still in process??

Thanks,
Pawan

Do you have any other Non-UK masters? when they say masters reqd from April onwards.. Any Non-UK Masters in the PBS system should qualify you for the Tier 1 (G)...

1. Can you claim the reqd points for you to qualify with the earnings from May08-till feb 09 which is 10months...

2. NOTE: you can use any of the 12 consecutive months earnings from the last 15months..

3. I dont know if somebody can work full time while on Student visa?? if YES..

4. YES, you can show those earnings if you can supply 2 evidences/proofs Payslips/company letter apart from bank statement to support that...

Hope this helps...

For student visa holders: max working hrs is 20 (have you seen any of UK border force episodes in the tele? a lot of issues were on this aspect of the student visa),

To what i know .. and i have seen.. you are allowed to work with the same employer if your WP application (Filed by the same employer) is pending decision.. atleast this used to be the case 5 yrs back.. now sure now...

(Apologies but this is just a personal though based on personal experiance)
